The location in the middle of the woods of the Veluwe is great. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed it twice. You can rent bikes at the hotel for some beautiful rides on bike paths all around the hotel.

Nice location, good as a base

Generally good hotel. Beautiful location. Room is quite minimalist and small which is fine if this is just a base for the area. There's a gym room with one treadmill and crosstrainer, and 3 exercise bikes, 1 adjustable dumbell set. There's a sauna and steam room for extra charge.

The room was absolutely not at the level announced by the hotel. The bathroom was small and old style, in some 2 stars hotel I found a better one. The breakfast was very very poor, just few things available.

Hotel review

Hotel is in a good location for those that want to walk to Veluwe direct from the hotel. Its a little secluded so if your not eating in the hotel you will need to drive to somewhere in the surrounding area for dinner. Restaurant had ltd menu so we didn’t eat there. We did have lunch & drinks in the hotel bar which has both a nice indoor & outdoor area. The outdoor pool was heated so I enjoyed my morning swim followed by a decent enough breakfast (included in the price) The rooms are very dated & a little uncomfortable, lights above the bed meant you couldn’t sit up for reading without risking the chance you would do yourself in injury. The aircon was useless & the bed was just too soft meaning our two night stay left us both a little sleep deprived.

Svalt sovrum med sköna sängar och sängkläder. Bra badrum med inredning av hög kvaliteten och design. Lätt att parkera på innergården vilket är unikt så möra i city. Ett lyxhotell med bästa servicen bra restaurang och utomordentlig frukost. Personalen gör en bekväm och de är service inriktade. Härlig ute lounge med bar.

Bij aankomst fijn en welkom ontvangen. Check-in verliep soepel met een leuke en vriendelijke receptionist. Bij aankomst op de kamer viel op dat het wat gedateerd was, maar de ruime kamer voldeed aan alle wensen. Badkamer netjes in orde (wel wat haren van de vorige gasten) en lekkere stevige bedden. Helaas hoorden we dat het restaurant voor het diner al was volgereserveerd. Gelukkig zijn er voldoende restaurants in de buurt. Bij het slapen gaan hoorden we constant wat over het plafond lopen. We sliepen op de 2e verdieping, dus gingen er maar vanuit dat het vogels die op het dak liepen betrof. Ontbijt was helaas chaotisch. Personeel deed zijn best, maar kon de drukte niet aan. We moesten wachten op een beschikbare tafel, 3 vd 4 koffiezetapparaten moesten worden schoongemaakt, sinasappelsap was op - etcetera. Helaas geen fijne ervaring, hoewel het eten kwalitatief prima in orde was.

De locatie is schitterend, de kamer is schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met het ontbijt was er voor iedereen genoeg keus en de gezinskamer is ideaal! De temperatuur in de kamer is voor overdag aangenaam, alleen voor het slapen toch iets te warm. Meerdere gezinsleden hadden hier last van. Jammer dat er geen buitendeur op een kier gezet kan worden voor wat frisse buitenlucht. In de vakantieperiode is het ideaal dat er om 11:00 uur uitgecheckt kan worden.

Op zich mooi hotel in het groen met fraai zwembad. Eten is goed maar het meeste personeel in restaurant oogt totaal onervaren en ongeïnteresseerd. Barman en receptie personeel was wel prima. Badkamer is erg krap en aan vernieuwing toe: Beschadigingen, voegen weggesleten uit tegels en wc was niet goed schoon. Waterdruk erg laag. Kamer nauwelijks warm te krijgen. Op site stond dat het zwembad alleen in juli en augustus open zou zijn. Was echter wel open, graag accurate info op site. In ochtend wakker geworden van harde borrelende geluiden in de wasbak. Kamers zijn vrij gehorig. Bedden prima maar lampjes pal boven je hoofd niet echt prettig ivm hoofd stoten. Alles bij elkaar geen goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Fijn hotel op een mooie locatie

Een mooi hotel voor als je oa graag wilt fietsen op de Veluwe. Mogelijkheid fiets huren maar er is ook een fietsenstalling waar je je fiets kunt opladen en stallen. Overdag rustig in bar,cafe. Ontbijt goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
