Great location as this property is at the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Checking in was easy as staff are very accommodating. Our room was clean and the view was awesome. We asked for a room with the river view and were not disappointed. We saw the mountains and the river, even spotted elk in the hills and in the parking lot!

This was our splurge hotel on a six day trip through Yellowstone Park. The photos looked as though you would be in the cutest cabin with great views guess I was taken in by this. The cabin backs on to a main road, and the front view is the hotel. The cabins were obviously an afterthought. We checked in for two nightsexcited to have a separate living space and somewhere to possibly cook ourselves breakfast while we stayed. Sadly, the so-called cooking utensils which were one pan and a frying pan that was so badly used and scratched Teflon. Certainly nothing I would think about using to cook with the first disappointment. Upon bringing this to the front desk‘s attention, they were kind enough to bring a replacement which sadly was not much better condition so we decided that cooking was off the table. The cleanliness of the unit left a lot to be desired. The management was kind enough to give us a free dinner for our troubles but honestly have to spending almost $1000 for two nights that didn’t really rectify the stay.

The hotel is conveniently within walkable distance to some shopping as well as restaurants, was reasonably priced, had good amenities considering it is a small town, and is right near the entrance to Yellowstone.

This property has great views and a great staff. The rooms are very old and have a very musty smell. The front desk did try and give us a new room but they were full. They have a great fire pit along with free s’mores kits.

Cute Inn with pleasant views

We only stayed here one night on our way to Yellowstone NP. I would’ve liked to stay longer given the beautiful river views, and how quiet it was even on a busy fully booked weekend. Only unfortunate thing was husband found 2 or 3 long black hairs in the bed sheets which was a little disconcerting. Nobody wants to find hairs in a “clean” bed.

We had a river view, which was excellent. Property was well maintained. They provided refillable water bottles. In the evening they provided smores for use by the fire pits. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff @ Ridgeline Hotel was great. Unfortunately, it was Expedia that was not up to par, confirmed by this hotel, therefore, I will not use Expedia again, however, I would stay at Ridgeline Hotel again.

A little disappointed with the accommodations. I guess we were expecting a little more. Rooms need updating. Shower gel and hair conditioner were almost empty. Toilet was hard to flush. Desk chair was broken. At a minimum, a free continental breakfast should be provided.
