Casa pulita e fornita di ogni piccolo dettaglio, parco con vista lago stupendo, accesso diretto al lago solo per i clienti. Casa spaziosa nonostante le dimensioni! Abbiamo passato delle giornate indimenticabili ci torneremo sicuramente

Sehr erholsam. Wir haben den direkten Zugang zum See und die Sauberkeit der Anlage sehr genossen. Die anderen Feriengäste waren gemischtes Alter, so konnte man auch mit Teenagern dort sein. WWir wohnten zur Straßen

A paradise

The studio-appartement was very clean and very well equipped. A double bed and a very cool foldable stockbed provided us with good matrasses for a good sleep. Kitchen ist well equipped and even teabags, Nescafé capsules, salt and basic spices were provided, as well as dish soap, dish cloth and tea towel. There ist a washing machine, dry stand and even an iron. A nice TV, sound system and a very good aircondition provide all comfort. The house is called "Villa Delle Rose" - it is one of the "Places of the Republic of Salò". It's situated between the shore of the Lake and the Gardesana. Window is towards the city/hills. Very good window, so it's not to loud, even when there's traffic in the Gardesana. The Garden is truly paradise, with Access to the lake. A gardener works every day during season to keep it pretty and well maintained. Two sunbeds are for your private use and the trees provide shadow If wanted. The house has a big terrace towards the garden and the lakefront and there are some Shops, including a nice coffee bar and a very gentle bike/hike/Triathlon sport shop. The owner was very kind and helpful and reacted promptly. There ist a public beach with coffee bar, good restaurant "Rowing bistrot" and parking area nextdoor. Parking ist about 8€/day. In one word: perfect!

Underbart

Bostad med fantastiskt läge i direkt anslutning till egen trädgård alldeles invid Gardasjöns strand. Mycket trafik utanför på huvudgatan men det vägs helt upp av strandläget. För den som liksom oss gillar att cykla är möjligheterna närmast oändliga. Cykelaffär med service i samma byggnad. Värden är mycket hjälpsam och lätt att komma i kontakt med, svarar snabbt. Allt känns okomplicerat och tryggt. Vi är mycket nöjda och rekommenderar Franscescos boende och vill även framhålla honom som värd.
