Très belle propriété, très bien équipée, top vacances

Très belle propriété, très bien équipée, conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Garéoult est un chouette petit village où l'on trouve tout le nécessaire pour des vacances. Le seul point à améliorer dans la maison serait le lave-vaisselle qui commence à avoir du mal à bien nettoyer, mais ça reste de l'usure, rien de dramatique pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Tres bon sejour

Belle maison, avec tout le necessaire, belle grande piscine tres agréable. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire avant le sejour, et aussi avec la personne qui gere le logement pendant tout le sejour. Petite attention sympa a l'arrivée. Bon point de depart pour de belles journées ballade (voiture nécessaire). Je recommande.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Städtchen und bietet für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Pool super. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich, Check- In und Out waren unkompliziert. Vielen Dank

Prix élevé par rapport aux prestations

Maison spacieuse pour 8 personnes (située à 1h de la mer plutôt que les 30 mn annoncées) sur un grand terrain avec une partie ombragée et une piscine agréable (même si elle a mal été entretenue et que l'eau a tourné à notre arrivée). Par contre, entretien extérieur et travaux à finir : terrasse, parpaings, tuyaux hors-sol, herbes hautes, portail électrique cassé, ménage peu rutilant à notre arrivée, un abattant WC cassé, portes coulissantes cassées (donc peu pratiques) dans l'entrée et dans une chambre (dont le sol carrelé est tacheté partout d'une sorte de colle noire), 2 couettes 2 personnes sales (tâches jaunes d'urine et tâches de sang séché notamment), manque 1 couette 1 personne, problème cafetière, ventilateur salon en panne, lave-vaisselle peu efficace (vaisselle en partie systématiquement relavée à la main), douche parentale bouchée (grille d'évacuation remplie de cheveux et autres), des remontées d'odeur de fosse sceptique quotidiennes, pas de balai brosse ni de serpillère, et attention aux dimensions des lits dans les icônes de l'annonce sur le net qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité. 1ère déception sur notre site habituel de location... avec en prime 2 otites liées à l'eau de piscine !
