Casa Tatiana is a charming little nest perfect for couples, nestled in the heart of the Alto Garda Natural Park on the western shore of Lake Garda, just 3 km from the center of Gargnano, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and all essential services.



The accommodation is cozy and lovingly decorated in every detail. It consists of a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower. From the house, you can access a private terrace furnished with garden furniture and equipped with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. From the parking area, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the picturesque village of Gargnano and the lush greenery of the surrounding park.



Air conditioning is provided free of charge, as well as parking, available for both cars and motorcycles.



The swimming pool with lake view, shared with the other apartments in the residence, is accessible via a staircase and is open from mid-June to mid-September.



From the apartment, you can also walk to the village of Gargnano via a scenic path through nature (please note that the return path is uphill).



The famous amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and the Caneva Water Park are about 60 km away, ideal for a fun-filled day. Discounted tickets are available upon check-in.

Great location and fantastic outside space but what really makes this place special is Enza who makes you feel incredibly welcome, in fact almost one of the family. This is our second time in this apartment and we will definitely be back again and again.

Klein, aber fein

Das Studio ist zwar sehr klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die Klimaanlage konnten unsere Katzen tagsüber in der Wohnung bleiben und mit uns dort Urlaub machen. Enza ist wirklich ein herzensguter Mensch. Leider funktionierte unser WLAN nicht aufgrund eines defekten Kabels, aber Enza war sehr bemüht und hat uns täglich gefragt, ob es wieder ginge bis das Problem am letzten Tag behoben war. Den Pool haben wir regelmäßig genutzt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist auch sehr schön. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen! Das Geschirr roch ein wenig muffig, wenn man es aus den Schränken geholt hat, sodass man es vor dem Benutzen noch einmal spülen musste. Das ist aber auch die einzige Kritik.

Wohnen und Wohlfühlen

Wir waren eine Woche in der Casa Tatiana und haben uns von Anfang an da sehr wohlgefühlt. Enza hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und immer wieder nachgefragt,ob alles okay wäre. Nach einer kleinen Verletzung hat sie uns sofort ein Kühlpack gebracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Terrasse ist ein Traum.Auch den Grillplatz haben wir genutzt. Die schöne Aussicht haben wir sehr genossen. Tatiana durften wir auch kurz kennenlernen,ebenso eine sehr sympathische junge Frau. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Nichts

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Casa Tatiana sehr genossen! Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Begrüßung und Kommunikation mit Enza, der Dame des Hauses sehr freundlich, herzlich und sie und ihre Tochter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das 1-Zimmer Apartment ist schön hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf den See beim morgendlichen Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse war traumhaft! Wir kommen wieder! Das Bett ist ein Ausklapp-Sofa - nichtsdestotrotz hat es dem sehr positiven Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch getan.

Urlaub über den Dächern von Gargnano

Für uns war das ein ganz toller Urlaub, wir konnten super entspannen. Das Appartement ist angenehm große. DieEinrichtung und das Bad ist zweckmäßig und sehr geschmackvoll. Eine extrem leise Klimaanlage sorgt an sehr heißen Tagen für Abkühlung. Schön ist auch der Insektenschutz. Damit hatten wir über die gesamte Zeit nicht einmal Probleme mit Mücken im Zimmer. Die überdachte und mit Sonnenschutz versehene Terrasse ist im Grunde der zweite Aufenthaltsraum. Da kann man auch mal einen Regenguss genießen und Frühstück sowieso. Das Highlight ist der riesige Pool. Ist einem nach einer Abkühlung, geht man einfach runter. Das Gedränge an den kleinen Stränden von Gargnano entfällt somit. Für Hundebesitzer ist eine Wiese wichtig. Die ist direkt vor dem Tor in der Kehre. NICHTS - für uns war alles Perfekt!
