The newly built holiday home is located in the middle of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and offers many possibilities with its central location. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shops and shopping facilities. Despite its central location, the K4 is in a quiet residential area. Hiking trails, a bus stop, the Classic ski area, cross-country ski trails on Lake Riessersee and other sights can also be reached quickly and easily. The approximately 125 m² holiday home "K4" is a modern and exclusively furnished semi-detached house in a quiet location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and 2 coffee machines. There is also a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms (each with a double bed) with a large, wraparound balcony facing south-southwest. This is furnished with comfortable seating so that you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious and modern bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet leaves nothing to be desired. A third bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and TV is located in the basement and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The south-facing terrace adjacent to the living room, with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, is sure to become one of your favorite places. The garden is completely fenced in, so even our little guests and their four-legged friends can play safely. A washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a high chair and a crib are also available. You can park your car right next to the house, and there is a lockable storage room for bicycles and skis. The quiet location in a residential area in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks, hikes, and mountain bike tours in the warm season, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter: the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas attract visitors with their varied slopes and unique impressions.
