Vacation apartment for families with playroom and terrace, near leisure park

Our house, built in 1976, was remodeled and renovated in 2010.

In 2022, we added our beautiful holiday apartment, which offers plenty of space at 120 square metres. Our guests can enjoy many hours together in the modern kitchen and the open living area with an adjoining playroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine.

The living/dining room features a large corner sofa with a table and a flat-screen TV. A large dining table is also available here for cosy game nights.

Likewise, our spacious, tiled terrace adjacent to the living area—complete with a large table, six high-back patio chairs, and a grill—invites you to enjoy lovely evenings.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in, spacious shower, a toilet, a double sink, and a hair dryer. The underfloor heating installed here ensures a pleasant, spa-like atmosphere.

The guest bathroom is equipped with an additional separate toilet and sink.

The 5 sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. (Double bed / 2 single beds / single-bed room)

Additionally, a travel cot with a mattress is available for babies.

Right in front of the holiday rental is a lovely public playground just a few steps away.

Der Check in ist dank Schlüsselsafe einfach, die Wohnung ist groß und sauber und toll für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns sowohl die Feuerwehr als auch die Kirche gezeigt, was für die Kids einfach super war. Wir kommen gerne wieder )
