Came to the area for a family emergency with a large party (14). The property stated it could easily accommodate. Not as advertised. Not enough towels only one coffee cup not enough cutlery not enough glasses, plates or bowls. Upstairs shower leaked into the basement. When initially mentioned to host host provided paper plates, disposable cups, and plastic cutlery as a solution for the lack of proper kitchenware other than that communication the host was impossible to get a hold of And, even though she offered a partial refund to accommodate us for our inconveniences we have never heard from her again nor has she responded to 2/3 of our communication a phone number as well as an email was provided. We attempted to communicate through both and again communication was impossible. The house has been renovated and looks lovely. However, it is not as advertised, and the host is unwilling to offer appropriate solutions.

The property was beautiful and very modern. There was plenty of space. It had all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It was close to restaurants and casino in Gary. I would definitely stay again!!!!
