Comfortable, cozy holiday home on the Dorfrand of the dreamy village of Zudar, in the south of Rügen. The 1050 sqm community plot is shared with the guests of the other house.
Our semi-detached house is 110 sqm very spacious, modern furnished and offers on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) and 1 bedroom (1 day bed) for 6 people. In addition we offer 1 cot. The in-house sauna (for a fee) and the idyllic, quiet location invites you to relax and unwind. The house is fully equipped with insect screens.
Zudar is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking and also boat trips. This part of the island is almost undeveloped in tourism. Small fishing villages, untouched natural beaches (such as Palmer village, 2.5 km away) and salt meadows are considered an insider tip.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage, fern von Urlaubertrubel!
Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand weniger als 10 Minuten per Rad oder Auto.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Ein sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus. An einem verregneten Tag haben wir die Sauna sehr genossen. Der nicht weit entfernte (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) Naturstrand Palmer Ort ist ein echter Geheimtipp - gerade für Hundebesitzer.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen
Wir haben unseren Urlaub, auch wenn es leider nur eine Woche, war in einem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen.
Für vier Erwachsene war genügend Platz mit zwei großen Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmern und viel Platz für schöne Ferien. An Einrichtung hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, abseits vom Trubel, aber man erreicht mit dem Auto alle wichtigen Orte auf Rügen in kurzer Zeit.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder, da auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Ferienhaus in Zudar
Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz im Haus und im Garten. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Servicekräfte, bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden (inkl. Babybett) und zur Begrüßung stand sogar eine Flasche Sekt bereit, um auf den Beginn des Urlaubs anstoßen zu können.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund in der Doppelhaus-Hälfte in Zudar. Wir haben noch nie eine so toll eingerichtete Unterkunft gehabt. Von der Alufolie bis zu Tupperdosen war alles vorhanden! Wir haben uns mehr als nur wohl gefühlt. Auch die Sauna haben wir genutzt, funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir hatten das große Glück, die Vermieter persönlich kennen zu lernen und haben zwei lustige Abende mit Ihnen zusammen verbracht.
Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf Rügen.
Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Ich kann es nur empfehlen !!! 5 verdiente Sterne
Ich habe moch nie ein so sauberes und sehr sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gebucht. Es war alles da und ich meine wirklich alles! Selbst Tupperdosen für das Essen um den Tag am Strand zu verbringen. Waschmaschine , Trockner sogar ein Badmintonset. Eine Sauna gibt es auch. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt aber das man sie hätte nutzen können, ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Haus war super sauber und die nette Betreuung von frau Haase war super. Großes Lob bitte auch an sie und ihren Mann. Das Haus liegt ruhig im kleinen Ort Zudar. Zur Fähre ist es nur ein Katzensprung.Der riesengroße Garten war für die Kinder ein echtes Paradis in dem man viel entdecken kann. 2 Boote gehören auch zum Haus, welche wir auch benutzt haben und uns den Sonnenuntergang vom Boot aus angesehen haben. Unser Fazit : es war sehr schön und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. 6 von 5 🌟 😊

Komfortables und großzügiges Ferienhaus mit Sauna
Großzügiger Wohn-Küchenbereich mit TV und allen notwendigen Utensilien. Gut funktionierende Sauna, weiter Außenbereich. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. 2 Bäder. Alles bestens für 2-6 Personen. Zu den Zielen im Mönchgut und an der Ostküste ca. 40 km oder 40 min Fahrt. Ruhige Lage in Zudar, kurzer Weg zur Fähre und nach Stralsund.
