Gute Lage

Vorteile: Lage. Supermarkt Géant Casino und Port Grimaud schnell erreichbar. Strände Pampelonne ca. 13 km entfernt, unter Vermeidung der Staus um St. Tropez in ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Vier Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad (drei kleine Duschbäder, ein größeres Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche). Großes Wohnzimmer. Mehrere Sitzplätze mit Tischen auf Terrassen an Ost- und Südseite. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Nespressomaschine, Eismaschine, zwei Kühlschränke. Viel Geschirr und Besteck. Großer Gasgrill von Weber. Pool 10 x 4 m. Großes Grundstück. Stellplätze für bis zu drei Autos, einer überdacht. Gärtner ist bei Bedarf (schmutziger Pool) schnell gekommen. Nachteile: Kleine Küche. Bei Ankunft teilweise sehr schmutzig, insbesondere Pool und Eismaschine. In der zweiten Woche Poolwasser wieder trübe. Alte Handtücher. Viele Defekte (z.B. Klodeckel, Dunstabzugshaube). Stromkosten nicht im Preis enthalten (€40 pro Woche pauschal). Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis enthalten (€10 pro Person). Landstraße von Port Grimaud nach Croix Valmer D559 auch nachts manchmal laut. WLAN fast nicht vorhanden (1,8 MBit/s Download). Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und Souterrain ohne Klimaanlage, nachts warm. Fliegengitter nur vor einigen Fenstern. Nur vier Sonnenliegen am Pool. Keine Sonnenschirme. Zu wenig Stühle für die Tische auf den Terrassen. Ständig Nadeln einer Pinie auf Terrassen und im Pool. Boule-Platz nicht mehr vorhanden.
