Horrible experience

This was no fault to Hotels.com but the company who own this property are awful. As soon as we booked through Hotels.com the property reached out to us privately and told us we owed an additional $500 for our stay on top of what we already paid Hotels.com. When trying to reach them by phone there was never an answer and no one ever returned my call. I got emails from them daily saying we still owed despite Hotels.com saying we didn't. We eventually had our reservation canceled and refunded. The company who owns this property (not hotels.com) are money hungry and have an absolutely poor buisness ethic. I would recommend avoiding any of their properties.
