Check in days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Check out dates are 7 days following the check in date depending on your booking window.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park - Each registered guest receives a free water park armband for the entire week.
Wild Bear Falls Water Park and the Pool at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park will be closed from January 5, 2026, through February 2, 2026, for annual maintenance.

Pet Policy: This is a Pet friendly Resort. There is a $150 pet deposit fee which will be refunded at checkout pending no damages to the room. Wonderful Condo and Vacation

The condo and property were amazing. Great amenities to use for guests. Staff were super nice. Check in to get our room took a bit longer than anticipated but everything was amazing once we arrived at the room. Will definitely stay again our next trip to TN!

Beautiful property with great amenities! Water park entrance included with stay was a bonus! Very attentive resort staff and rooms were extremely clean! Would love to come back sometime!
