READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!! The only reason this property is even getting 2 stars is because of the outside amenities, the fire pit and hot tub. There were a few minor inconveniences that my party and I could’ve brushed off, but once the roaches came out in the kitchen all bets were off. I called to report the roaches, was told there was no other properties to move us to and pest control would be out in the morning. I was told I’d get a call from a manager to discuss and never received a further call. Pest control comes, the guy says it’s his 3rd or 4th time being at the cabin, multiple guests have called and he does what he can, but the company won’t un-list the property so it’s unbooked to take care of them. Other than the roach issue, the TV in one bedroom doesn’t work, it looks like there’s mold on the ceiling of one bathroom, and the guests with us said the bigger bed in the bigger bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and creaked so much throughout the night it would wake them up.

Memorial Day weekend Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The location was not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!
