Just okay.

The room was spacious and in a good location. Many restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms gave “low income apartment” vibes, but were clean. In the master bedroom, there was a locked door with a light on inside. It made us uneasy. We called the front desk and asked, and they said it’s been locked since they bought to hotel and can’t get inside. They said it was a boxed off closet. I stuck my phone under the door and recorded the best I could, and it did appear to be closed off…but I didn’t like it. Lol Overall, I would probably stay here again. Not my first choice, but it wouldn’t be the last choice. Loved the location.

Nice place for the price

When we arrived we found out, they were remodeling the breakfast room, so there would be a danish and coffee available for breakfast( we dont drink coffee). When we went to out room, it wasnt the room we reserved. We went back to the office and spoke to them and they corrected it.

Great location in a fun vacation town.

Quick overnight to jump up in the morning and go drive thru Great Smokie park, Fontana Dam and US 129.

No frills but a clean place to lay your head!

Severely limited parking, room was clean upon entrance. TV was huge with a lot of channels but not enough sports channels as we were trying to to watch the SEC playoffs between our own games. It was suitable for our 2 night stay for tournaments at the Rocky Top Sports World and only 10 minutes away. Several places within distance and easy to walk downtown Gatlinburg without having to pay to park. The office is under construction so only a grab and go breakfast of danishes, fruit, or granola bars. Coffee was available in room or office. I would definitely stay again.
