All of the staff was pleasant and kind! The resort was absolutely beautiful!!!! It had everything we needed! The pools and hot were amazing and outdoor space relaxing. We loved the fire pits! The evening reception drinks were extremely good... The best we ever had at an Embassy Suites. The only complaint about the evening reception was I wish their was a better variety of the snacks. We definitely will be back! Looking forward to our next trip to your location!

Great resort away from the Gatlinburg craziness

The beds were very low and not the most comfortable but everything else was amazing ! The linens were so soft, even the towels were great. Kaylee the front desk agent was amazing and went above and beyond! Pool area was great.

The hotel was modern, clean and friendly staff. We chose to stay here because they are pet friendly and close to downtown but not on the main strip. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms with nice style, beautiful resort pool area and an outstanding breakfast! The made to order omelettes were top notch, as well as a huge selection of various other breakfast foods. Really a great spread and something for everyone! The staff was so quick to take away plates and wipe down tables, we didn't have an issue finding seating either day we were there. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch as well! Definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that the beds were a bit more firm that we prefer, but that's a preference thing I think. We'll be back!

Property was nice. Front staff fantastic. Bartender at the empty bar seriously needs another job. Shame to have such a beautiful bar area with nobody having a beverage. We all got the hint.
