Wonderful last minute get away

We decided on a last minute weekend to Gatlinburg and chose this location. I was a little concerned, not going to lie, because the price was so good and I prefer not to do outside door rooms. I was so pleasantly surprised to have spotless modern room and the kindest people in the office. It was close to everything and we walked. The room was so clean and had no carpet which was great! The heat was toasty warm and the covered parking was a perk. Would stay here again.

Great place, great value!

This place was such a find in the hussle and bustle of Gatlinburg. It is on a quiet street with balconies over the river. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and quiet, the breakfast was ample.Really a find.

Overall our stay was good. When we asked for an extra blanket for room we were told they didnā€™t have any, that they are out. This is February and there are only two other families staying here. When we left for the day we were walking by their laundry room and there was piles of fresh clean blankets. Just makes you feel unwelcomed.

When we were checking in, they said the key machine was not working, so they said we could let you into your room with the master key, and every time you need to enter, let us know, or we can refund your money and you can go elsewhere. When I asked if I would get a receipt of refund they said no and to call hotels.com

Price/quality was good

It is a central hotel, has a lot of things nearby, quite comfortable and the customer service regular, the breakfast was not very good to be honest, we also found some hair in the bathtub but everything else was fine. All in all it is a hotel where I would book again for a short stay.

The first room we checked into smelled unclean. The mgr gladly let us move to a cleaner room. The porch overlooking the river was nice. Breakfast was adequate. Very helpful Manager. Walkable to town

This was a great area! Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! It was snowing when we went so there was stuff shut down, but we still had a blast! The room was clean and we had a beautiful view off the balcony! Would definitely stay here again!
