Fees, Fees any way they can charge you a fee

Clean, comfortable bed. No hot water. Aak me about pets, and then ask me a out pets interrogation style. I DO NOT HAVECANY PETS!!! Paid for the room in full on Hotels app. When checking in was charged a 10.99 Environmental fee. At 8AM day of check-out I was sent a message that I could pay for my two imaginary pets voluntarily or they would force pay at a higher rate after check-out investigation. Sent them a message back asking them how much I should bill them for having no hot water, and being harassed over two pets, but I do not own and that I have never owned. Free Cold showers for us it was. No charge for cold showers they are on the The Furor and his team. It could be a nice place, or it would convert nicely to a minimum security prison. Its some where between both right now! The place needs a lot of repair. Thevhand rail in our room was secured above the little piece of metal that holds a chandelier to the ceiling. The door lock was broke and had two little screws in it that barely held it on.

The hotel staff was very nice. However, this property needs serious updates. There was no closet to hang up clothes, only one mirror and no iron and ironing board. Also corners are moldings were dirty.

Pool wasn’t open due to construction. Jacuzzi went out of service due to a part needing to be replaced. Rooms were not clean. Restroom had a leak/ mildew stain on ceiling. Room service wasn’t room service they didn’t clean the room or make beds.
