I would not recommend. First we were surprised with a $15 per day charge for parking...several blocks from downtown and only 10 cars in the lot! The "hot" food for breakfast was not edible most days so just ate cereal. Pillows were terrible, could not get comfortable. And lastly, the hot tub, which we enjoyed previously, was out of service the last night of our stay. We won't be staying here again.

Customer service was severely lacking on my last stay and the facilities on the lower level hadn’t been serviced as it was out of paper towel and toilet tissue. Normally my stays at Hampton have been great but not this time.

Booked with hotels.com, which advertised pet friendly but didnt say anything about a charge. After checking in, the front desk lady calls and is very rude and tells me i need to fill out a form and shes charging my card $75. After trying to explain it to her, she says "im not discussing this anymore" and tells me to ill have to talk to someone the nezt korning. This was my first time staying at a hampton and will definitely be my last.

Very clean place. Excellent service. The breakfast was amazing. They keep all the areas clean. Hot tub was amazing and the pool ar a as well. Will definitely be coming back to this location again ☺️

The lady who checked us in on 11/25 made an extremely rude remark when I told her I was in a handicapped spot. I have had a handicapped plate for over 10 years. She informed me that I was not handicapped and informed us her uncle didn’t refer to him as handicapped but he was missing both of his legs. I suggest you inform her about how rude these type of comments are to people who do not appear handicapped and there are many of us who have invisible conditions. If we wouldn’t have already made a reservation that was non refundable we would have left your hotel. Other than that we had a very nice stay. Our room # was 536. Hustad/Jaggi

Very convenient to walk downtown. Rooms were large and very clean. The breakfast changed daily, not the same every day. Located on the same street as Roaring Fork, beautiful drive 🚗. Would stay again ! Only thing we did not like in the room was the lack of storage, dressers to put clothes away. They had these 3 tiny shelfs that looked like they belonged in a kitchen to hold dish pans. The room had plenty of space for multiple dressers or proper storage.
