very clean... good location... and the best quiet calming Amenities... the only thing that threw us off on our whole stay at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg was the surprising was that we didnt know about the $15 charge per day of our stay for parking! I think its due to the fact that hotels.com says that they excluded the entire price including tax and any extra charges... and that you get hit by surprised with an extra $45 charge for parking(3 nights...) I think HOTELS.COM MUST Include IT IN THEIR TOTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed 2 nights: Amazing location!! Walking distance to the LIFT, good size room, very clean, good foods, front desk personnel are friendly/helpful, beautiful/relaxing backyard with fire pit, spring mattress that’s why i put 4 stars for comfort, the rest aspects are 5 stars. We saw a wild bear in the parking lot and that made my day! You just have to be observant of the surroundings after all it’s called a Bear Country. Oh! Parking fee is $15 a night.

Stay was okay. Loved that it was walking distance to most places. Room was very clean, spacious and bed was comfy. However, front desk that checked us was not so great. She appeared she didn't want to be there and we were a bother. Subsequent days got better though. Phone in our room was not working when arrived, reported it but it was never fixed until we checked out. It was a pain to walk to the front desk if we needed towels or linens. Our toilet was not flushing good, completely broke during one night. Thankfully met maintenance guy in the hallway in morning who came with to room to fix it, because there was working phone to call. Indoor pool was also cold as can be. Felt like it be be warmed a bit. But overall, we made the most of us stay for the price we got.

Enjoyed the hotel very much, property was clean and seemed safe. Room was clean, they cleaned it every day that we were there. Breakfast was the usual fare, everything was great. First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)
