Room was good. Check in terrible, slow, ,hidden charges. Charges that need to be advertised, hidden parking charge. The person in front of me, apparently, was not charged a parking charge and they had not reserved their room in advance.

We were surprised at the deteriorating conditions. The indoor pool was cold and the Hot Tub was warm not Hot. The hotel is in need of cosmetic restoration. The room was clean but nothing to write hime about. We are Hilton Honor members and were very surprised at the over all condition and the unfriendly staff. The first morning at 8 am the continental breakfast was all we got along with ither guest when asked if they were preparing food was shoulder shrugs. The property was trashy and not maintained outside around the fire pits and hot tub. What we also found crazy was the parking charge of 15.00 night to self park your car. The oarking garhe down the road charges 10.00. That was surprise billing for us. I kniw that this was put on our never stay again list. We stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn Property for 12 days and were never charged for parking during UT Week. Travelers beware stay at the Glennstone Gatlinburg or Parkvista.

Room was clean. Not too many places to put stuff on (no counter space). Expedia needs to update their hotel room description. It says soundproofed. It is definitely not. We were on the 6th floor and both nights we could hear the garbage truck banging the dumpsters. I can hear our neighbors clearly and as people walked by. Breakfast is fine.

We were surprised at the accommodations for the price point. Our room had a fireplace and walk out balcony. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was an added bonus. We walked from the hotel to the Main Street very easily. Highly recommend.

During my recent stay, the room did not receive basic housekeeping service. We did not get fresh towels, the coffee supplies were not replenished, and the bed was left unmade. In addition, the shower leaked so badly that water spread across the bathroom floor, and we had to use the limited towels we had just to soak it up.

I made a reservation for this hotel on Expedia. I selected a room with a balcony. When I arrived, I checked in using the Hilton app. The room that the app assigned not only didn’t have a balcony, the only thing I could see, when looking out the window was the overhang over the entrance of the building. The room itself, while clean, was unattractive, it looked like it had been furnished by a teenager using furniture that they found at Goodwill.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it, however this time around I was a bit disappointed. First, the hotel now charges a $15 parking fee which was not communicated prior to my stay. I even double checked my reservation for additional fees and there was no mention. Secondly, there were no pool towels available. Luckily I was able to find some across the hall in the gym. Next, there was no hot water available at the tea/coffee stand, we had to wait for the staff to boil some more. On top of that they didn't have any white sugar. The hotel staff looked but couldn't find any. Finally, the shower soap/gel seemed to be wateted down. For how much we paid for this hotel, We felf very disappointed.

Couldn’t get key card to work even after getting new ones. Parking fees ($15 per night @3 nights) that said on website that was refundable then told at checkout that it wasn’t. Was told only the additional fee of $30 dollars would be refunded. If you are looking for a spot that feels remote but isn’t then this is definitely a great place to check out. The outdoor hot tub feels like you are relaxing in a serene atmosphere while enjoying the sunshine and nature of Gatlinburg. However be cautious of bears that may lurk about.

If you stay here you will be charged 15$ per day to park at the hotel, I have never been charged for parking at any other park your self hotels.

The property and staff were both nice. Thevroom was clean and quiet.I was not happy that I had to pay to park there. I already paid to stay there, parking should be included. Breakfast area was out of coffee a lot.
