The room was very clean. Loved that there was lotion and soap dispenser and also shower had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap at your fingertips. Great breakfast and coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Not your typical Hampton Inn. Outdoor entrances, mattresses were worn out (both of us woke up in pain several times the first night). Per the clerk, all mattresses were replaced at the same time so changing rooms would be nonproductive. Per my suggestion, adding several layers of padding (additional blankets/duvets) in the hip to shoulders area helped greatly. The room was partially renovated but that workmanship was clearly subpar. We made it work but expectations did not match reality.

Being pet friendly was the primary reason why I chose this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern was the parking. I was fortunate to find a space upon check-in so I left my vehicle parked there and asked my family to pick me up each day. Overall, my two day stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole place was clean, the breakfasts were good and different each day with plenty of choices. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Having a creek view was nice as well. There was some sort of car thing for a couple of days of our stay and we heard the rev of engines well into the night. While generally a quiet stay we did learn that there was not much in sound proofing to our room from outside noises--once the car thing was over it was nice and quiet.

The property overall was well kept. The room and bedding were clean but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. It included parking which was wonderful. It is a convenient spot to stay because you are somewhat out of the crowds. Yet, you can easily walk the main drag of Gatlinburg!!

There is not a lot of space for dogs to use the restroom but there are two small slivers of grass. Hotel was super clean and staff were incredibly helpful/friendly. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are flat/useless. I would definitely return but bring my own pillows. Many bear sightings on the hotel grounds while we were there which was nice.
