Great getaway with friends

This is the perfect cabin for two couples! Both rooms have the same amenities and beautiful views! The kitchen is well stocked with any cookware and utensils you may need. We love this place!

Perfect. The management was super responding to a few questions immediately. The cabin was beautiful, clean and had awesome views.

Nightmare

The weather channel forecasted1 inch of snow so I called Elk Springs Management twice beforehand to make sure we could arrive safely and was told we should have no problem getting there by 3 pm. Blizzard, ice everywhere, power out, no wireless, survived by making a fireplace fire (there was wood). No water in cabin the first half of Christmas, power sporadically on and off, freezing, no wireless, tv remotes didnt work when we did get power, toilet handle broke in addition to not being able to flush because no water. My point is the property management should have told us not to try to come on Christmas Eve. They did answer our texts when we were able to have service on Christmas day. This was a dangerous situation and we could NOT get out of here because of road conditions. Finally the maintenance man helped us the day after Christmas to drive down the icy roads, still absolutely terrifying for about an hour sliding around in our car until we made it to the main Parkway.
