Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property! It was the perfect size and set up for us. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The sauna was a great addition but we didn’t end up with any extra time to try it out. Check-in and check-out process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this for families with a couple of kids.

Great view with the facility very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of much hiking was a comfort needed. First trip up the driveway was a bit scary but got better each time.

This chalet is everything that it says it is. As soon as we pulled up I grabbed my camera because the view is breathtaking. The inside is CLEAN, warm, and cozy. I rate this cabin at the top of my favorites!!

Beautiful views and great hot tub!

The chalet had views that were wonderful! The house was very clean and the photos are very accurate. We would go and enjoy Gatlinburg sites then come back and relax in the hot tub and have dinner. Gatlinburg was very busy with lots of people and most not wearing masks so we would spend most of our time at this beautiful chalet. The road up to the chalet was very steep as is the driveway, but very doable in low gear. If there is ice or snow I am not sure I could of made it though. The check in office gave us one complimentary pack of firewood and offered more to buy if we wanted. We enjoyed a nice fire each night too. Great place to relax and get lost in the beauty!
