Worse hotel I have stayed in . Rooms dirty . Our fridge was full of old food from the guest before us . Hotel elevator was broken so if you stay on some building you have to walk a lot through the Main Street to make it to the main office. And breakfast was the worse too .

We stayed one night at this Quality Inn. The property felt quiet and safe, which we appreciated. However, the rooms could definitely be improved to feel more welcoming and better maintained. Several electrical outlets were covered with paint, there was unfinished work near the wall lamps, and the bathroom had stains on the door, wall, and shower curtain that did not appear hygienic. The towels should also be replaced, as they looked stained and worn. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed seeing the bears that are common in the area, which was a unique and memorable experience. With better room maintenance and attention to cleanliness details, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

The room was clean and we loved the location. We loved the breakfast. We didn't have hot water in the shower and the sink water was scalding. There is a little mold like smell coming from kitchen sink area. Otherwise it was fine.

Our family was threatened by staff for feeding a bear off of our balcony. She threatened us the cops were outside of our room because we were feeding a bear. We had 3 toddlers in our room. No one was throwing food off of the balcony. In fact, there was no bear; nor did the police ever show. The receptionist was incredibly rude and threatening. She hung up on me twice while trying to explain no one in our room had been out on the balcony, let alone feeding a bear. Needless to say, we cut our stay short and headed back home. Other than that, the hotel had a musty smell, the breakfast was horrible, and the rooms were old and needed deep cleaning. We were told after checking in we had to drive our car around the block to park. The walk from our room to all of the amenities was a hike up and dow a 8-10% grade incline. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not children friendly.

Dirty. Outdated. Unkempt. Room wasn’t equipped with basics. Shampoos other hygiene products were empty and not available at office. Stained bedding. Trash cans on property overflowing. Poor vacuuming. Non working elec outlets. No hot water in sink. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. No remote. Asked for one and was given one that didn’t work. They didn’t know how to program it so we went online to program our remote. Curtains falling off rod. No hair dryer. Room access cards do not work very well. Had to keep going back to get them programmed. Just poor management. Will not stay here ever again. I thought it being a Quality Hotel it would be decent, but not! I think Quality corporate should know about this. Only thing going for it was location to parkway and New Year’s Eve event.

Elevator for the facility was not working had to take stairs. Roof had damage refrigerator was rusty rented room for a party of four with two vehicles had to pay an extra $22 for parking and was told would have to park on the next street up about a quarter of a mile and walk down the mountain because the elevator was not working, and there was no stairs. Customer service was awful. Did not try to help accommodate any.

We drove for 9 hours and arrived at the facility around 6:10 am, and our check-in isn't until 3 pm, but the nice front desk guy gave us a room to check into at that time because he knew we were all tired. We booked 3 separate rooms with some friends, and we are so pleased that our rooms were next to each other, and we got to check in that early. We also had breakfast at the hotel. This is not the first time we've booked at this hotel; this is actually our 4th time. We always choose this hotel for these reasons - the staff is super nice, and everything you need is within walking distance. I always recommend this to some of my friends too.

Staff was very nice. We got exactly what we paid for/expected. We just wanted somewhere to sleep after exploring Gatlinburg all day. I am very reasonable. The things that make it a 2 star though are things that other cheap hotels can provide no problem. The bed was so thin and uncomfortable, and it was a king size with only three pillows. That’s silly/fixable. Also hot water is a bare minimum for me, but when we got back to our room and I was feeling sick/exhausted I couldn’t take a hot shower right away (the staff fixed this quickly and were kind).

yes it was Pet friendly and the Laundry was very clean. The first room that I had was in need of some work, but when ask for another room they switch me. The second room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you need something, when asking for another room they had no problem changing it.

Location was perfect for our needs. The rooms have a sink outside of the bathroom. The first room we had during the first night started leaking. We had clothes and other items such as suitcases that got soaked.

The room was nasty. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. Dirty towels were folded up and left on the bathroom shelf. Hair on the bathroom floor, dirt and grim. There was also medication spilt on bathroom floor while pills as well as ones that had been smashed. I reported this to front desk and was informed no other room was available not was there anyone to clean it that someone could clean it the next morning. Some one was supposed to call prior to coming to clean the room, no call and no one ever came to clean. The room had multiple types of bugs, the bed was broken, and on the second day I called the desk to notify them e could not get into our room because the door would not open. Asher waiting 45 mins we finally were able to get into our room by kicking the door… I requested a refund / discount and girl at the front desk did not acknowledge me. There was screaming, and yelling all night long on Saturday night of our stay. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will not recommend it to anyone or return. I will be calling corporate.
