Had a big gap underneath door letting in cold air. Room was dirty,,for example the bathroom vent and the trash cans were dirty on outside. Could not use ice machine as it was boken the whole time we were there. When in shower the door kept opening up.

Our annual stay for the ETSBOA was everything we needed it to be. We always choose this comfy hotel close to EVERYTHING. With a great breakfast and clean safe rooms. Plus free parking as a bonus to guests. Housekeeping kept us stocked with clean towels. And with teenagers that’s an extra bonus for me.

Updating and repairs would be a good start. I took pictures but for some reason it won’t let me attach them. Someone, punched a hole in the bathroom door which has not been repaired. The tile was broke off in two places around the jacuzzi in the bedroom with very sharp edges. It looked like mold or dark water spots around the top edge of ceiling over the shower. Dust under the bathroom sink. Our door to our balcony was broke and the frame/trim was loose. The door did not shut properly which allowed extreme cold air coming through. Needless, to say you get what you pay for. We won’t be back.

The location was great within walking distance of everything. The showed a newly remodeled room in the picture and I read over carefully before booking. Our hotel room was not newly remodeled. We had a sink outside the bathroom it didn't work had water shut off to it. All rooms were supposed to be non smoking however you could smell cheech and chong coming through the walls. We had booked for a week during this week we only came in late at night. Expecting our sheets to be changed ect. We even pulled sheets off the beds one morning before we left and threw them in the floor with towels our house keeper dug threw the dirty sheets on the floor got the towels out but, left the sheets laying there. We came in after midnight, I walked downstairs to get fresh linings and couldn't get anyone to the door of the office. They never took the trash out the whole time we were there, we done that. The evaluator were out of order the whole time we were there. We didn't find out until we had checked in, it was so late at check-in, when we found out the evaluator was not working, I went back to the office and once again nobody was there. Having to walk three flights of stairs caring all of our luggage three people for a week was exhausting. My husband has heart problems he can walk but, gets very out of breath very fast. When we checked out two days early I threw what luggage I could throw over the balcony onto our truck because, of the none working evaluator.

The toilet bowl moved when you sat on it there was no toilet paper holder we had to put the toilet paper on the floor the elevators were not working and the first room they put us in had mold in it

Old and unkempt. The 2 elevaters in our building were out of order with no projected time of repair. There was no information about this when we booked. We had to lug our stuff up 4 flights of stairs. The room was very neglected. Carpet torn up around the fireplace, light fixtures nasty, dropped something behind nightstand and it was all sorts of nasty behind there and the beds. The location and comfortable beds wete the only positive.
