Hotel was clean and cordial when checking in. When we arrived at the room there were only 3 stations running ( in spanish) They responded when we called but they were in no rush to accommodate. We had to scan the channels to receive them almost everytime we came in. A warm smile and friendly manner goes a long way at Christmas. Unfortunately their elevator doors wouldnt close so we had to walk down a few flights of steps when leaving with luggage. ( husband handicap)

This is an old hotel that needs fresh paint but it is clean. It is close to the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was good, the room and views were gorgeous. The elevator could use a little upkeep as sometimes the door would not close all the way and would take a few times opening and closing. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Upon arrival we were checked in early, when I got to the king suite there the room was cold and noticed a gap under the door with cold air pouring under, had to turn the heat up to 80 to attemp to keep the room somewhat warm, putting two towels at the door to stop the cold air flow, going to shower the heat lamp didn’t work, no smoke detector in the room as it was torn off the wall, loudness throughout the entire night. First time ever having to pay a pet fee with my stay here. This place has definitely gone down with cleanliness and gratitude. This will be my last stay here as my family and I have stayed here for several years.

I have 2 good things to say about our stay. First we felt safe and second the room was clean. Room and hotel is out dated. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. Also you have to go to second floor to get it. The pillow top mattress is about 1/4 inch thick so no it’s not so comfy. Vending machines on 1st floor was out of order and had to go to fourth floor vending machine to get drinks. Not very private patios on 1st floor. And ours had only view of the office no Mountain View. If you have noisy neighbors or neighbors with barking dogs you hear everybody and their dogs. Our room door has about 1/8 inch gap where wind constantly blew in the room. We had no pets but pretty sure we were in a room used for pets due to the scratches on bathroom door. We paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds instead. Fridge was not very cold. One bed mattress cover was ripped and torn in one corner. We had two lights out. Parking wasn’t good either. Gas fireplace was nice. Overall it wasn’t what we expected from pictures and information on website and would definitely not rent again.
