Good location, you are right in downtown and then a short drive to the National Park. The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was vey outdated and did not look like the online photos. If you are looking for a bargain and aren’t too picky, then this place will work!

Check in is easy, check out is easier. The staff is great, very helpful. Always feel welcomed and taken care of. This is our favorite place to stay. Dayshift and nightshift both have great staff!

The only problem I had was that Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel then when they did it was in the wrong persons name. It took and hour and a half on the phone to get this corrected. I’m grateful it was corrected but I was so frustrated that I had to go through this when I received a confirmation from Expedia. I think the hotel should send a second confirmation so people do not have to go through this.

Excellent location in the heart of Gatlinburg. A very short walk puts you in the middle of town for dinning and shopping . Pet friendly,Wi-Fi. The property is dated and is in need of bathroom updates however it is adequate. I would say this is a good choice.

Staff went out of their way to make my parents room available before check in as my father was not well and we had just drive 17 hours. So kind and considerate and understanding. Great location for people and bear watching. Would stay again!! Hopefully that restaurant will open as that would be such a convenient spot

The hotel room was pretty old and run down. It was dirty and you can hear everything from the next room. Our room and my friend’s room didn’t have a blow dryer so we asked the front desk and they only had 1 extra that we had to share. The free breakfast was okay. There was coffee, tea, oatmeal, and an assortments of pastries. The 1 great thing is everything was pretty much in walking distance. We were right in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg.
