This was a nice little cozy cabin for 2 looking to get away from the loud busy concrete jungle.

Awful experience. We arrived expecting to jump into the hot tub after driving many long hours. But the hot tub had no power & the water was ice-cold. We called the office, they said they would put in a work order. A man wearing a UFC t-shirt eventually arrived. A local contractor. He was immediately odd & unprofessional. He found a breaker box, turned it on & blamed maintenance for having turned it off. He goofy chuckled that we could use tub "in 8 hours once it heats up". For some reason he thought this was funny. The situation was not "funny" to us. We had hoped to settle in, relax & enjoy the evening sunset from the tub. By this time, the hot tub might have been useful by 5am. Checkout at 10am. We resigned to not being able to use the hot tub & decided we'd settle for the jacuzzi tub upstairs but IT ALSO HAD NO POWER! Called office again but no answer as it was after 6pm. Left msg. Called the technician as his number was on my phone. He said he had to call the manager to get another work order submitted. He eventually showed up again but could not fix the jacuzzi. He got argumentative & over-familiar w/personal information saying he was doing us a favor, that he's a hot tub tech, he gets paid to show up & other weird, unprofessional, arbitrary comments. He was antagonistic and intimidating. We left after that driving 4 hrs. home. Office refuses to connect us to a manager. "Support" is combative, defensive w/no concern for us. No refund. $400 wasted. Never again.

It was a cute little cabin for a wonderful couple getaway. Cabin was clean and cosy and felt at home immediately. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. Super clean lots of direction. I just wish that the bed a bit more comfortable. It might be great for some. But not for me, still amazing though.
