Clean, comfy, handing to everything.

Handy to everything we were there for, and they allowed us to park there before checking in, as we got there too early, so wanted to go explore. Added excitement of watching a bear stroll by below our balcony...we've been coming to Gatlinburg for years, and this was our first time actually seeing a bear in town. Amazing.

Room was clean music from next door hotel outside but inside a fan does cancel that noise. Breakfast was ok no meat option very good location probably the best since there is a traffic light. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was much more than the advertised continental: various breads, and coffee, but also juices, milk, cereals hot and cold, yogurt, bagels scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The beds were fabulously comfortable and room was pristine. Unlike other hotels parking and WiFi in the rooms was free. It is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants. I like that it’s family owned and so well maintained.
Gatlinburg nightlife. Don’t leave food in your car!

Super important to know that they do not want trailers in their parking lot. We trailered our motorcycles so that we could ride once we arrived. I was afraid we’d have to find another place to stay. So so grateful they made an exception. But don’t count on it!!! Also. Michigan has raccoons. Gatlinburg has black bears. Shocking. And adorable to watch!!

The front desk made sure I had a room close to the breakfast room since I have mobility issues. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise River view when the River is actually really dry and no really a River.
