The room was okay, nicely sized but not the cleanest. There was hair in the shower and dusty shower vents. We had a draining issue at first but it resolved itself which was nice. It being pet friendly, the carpets were stained and seemingly no one picked up after their pets there was poop all over the place. Some staff was friendly some clearly didn’t want to be there. New toilet paper role was stained when we unpackaged it, we get it stuff happens and the hotel is older but for what we paid.. it could have been a lot better.

We stayed at Park Vista – during Christmas week and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing! so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. My kids especially loved the indoor pool with the water slides it was a huge hit and such a perfect activity during the winter weather. It really made our trip extra special and gave the kids something fun to look forward to every day. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to families visiting Gatlinburg!
