The property was exactly as described and the views were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were an extra bonus! Could be cleaner but overall it was an amazing stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was super responsive. Definitely would stay again!

The location is beautiful and met our needs, however, upon arrival there was urine snd toilet paper in the un-flushed toilet, and the trash in the kitchen was full of previous guests trash. Kind of grosses us out and made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place.

We stayed in unit 4301 in late August, early September, and for my husband and I, it was great. It’s a corner unit so it had wonderful views of the mountains and looking down towards Gatlinburg. The balcony is just as big as you see in the photo, but plenty enough room for 2 people. It was on the 3rd floor, no elevator so be aware and pack light. We used the downstairs bed so we wouldn’t have to walk up or down the stairs for the restroom at night plus it was kinda hot up there. It was hot outside too to be fair. It was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans a generous amount of towels and pillows, even a couple of throws for snuggling on the couch. Great WiFi and nice size tv for evenings after our activities. We appreciated the light blocking curtains as we like to sleep in. However know this unit faces east as far as windows go, so the sun comes streaming in and even the blackout curtains couldn’t stop that. Still we were able to sleep in most days. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We were able to take advantage of both one day of our stay. The grounds were well taken care of and I felt very comfortable and safe there.While driving up the mountain the first day, we saw a bear with her cub crossing the road. Then another day we saw a coyote crossing the road into a driveway. We were offered the free ticket to Dollywood and other attractions but didn’t have time. It’s like a BOGO kinda offer. Enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely pick this place again.
