    Arriver tardive de ma part, message envoyer pour savoir comment pouvoir accéder à la chambre, arriver sur place personne et machine 24H en panne, impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone, du coup j’ai dû reprendre la route sans pouvoir accède à ma chambre! A aucun moment dans la réservation il y avais stipuler une heure d’arrivée, j’étais très en colère, sur le site pas d’information uniquement hôtel.com avec qui on a essayer de trouver une solution mais malheureusement eux aussi n’arriver à joindre personne! En cas d’urgence bas personne quoi! Super!!
