The villa is idyllically situated deep in the cork forests just above the popular village, Gaucin. The house offers some of Spains most spectacular views over the mountainous countryside and down the distant valley to Africa. The villa is in the lovely sensuous Moorish style based on the ancient style often found within the walls of a Medina. The impressive, delicate details in the designs; clay tiles, rustic marble floors, fountains and an exquisite central courtyard with arches and pillars are typically characteristic of this style. The build quality is impeccable, with its large rooms and high ceilings, splendid interiors and comfortable furniture. The numerous outdoor areas include the large but cosy and intimate central courtyard. The bedrooms are all spacious and very well equipped to a high standard. All the bedrooms also have their own private well equipped en-suit. The snug room is very comfortable with TV and seats up to eight
adults. The well equipped kitchen is quaint but very functional and should be adequate even for the professional chef. The dining room is very large and sits between the kitchen and the snug. The Gaucin Castle can be seen from most outside areas and provides a very pretty back drop at night, when lit Down the stairs from the central courtyard takes you to the outside chill out area with bar, barbecue and private infinity pool. Whether you are upstairs or down, facing north, south, east or west, the views are all are just stunning, to say the least. Bring your camera!! On the ground floor, directly facing the pool is the very large and very beautiful bedroom with terracotta walls (See photo) If you ever dreamed of getting up in the morning and jumping straight into your own private pool then, this is it. The house is located approximately 4km outside of Gaucin and is incredibly peaceful and private with few properties nearby. The villa has 10mb internet connection, Satellite television and numerous movies to watch. This is a fantastic holiday home for families or groups.
