No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!

The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

This is my third time staying at Shimal Hotel , and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel continues to impress with its top-notch service, large and comfortable rooms, and attention to detail. It truly is the best in town, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Comfortable but not professional enough

The staff did all what they could to accommodate us. I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed
