It was my first time at this Hotel and the city. I loved the hotel. I stayed in one of the suites and I really like the whole experience. The room was very clean, I’ve checked nearly every corner of the room and I was surprised how clean it was. You know there some places they oversee usually, but this room has none! I like the little touches they made design-wise. I like their choice of brand, Atelier Rebul for soaps, shampoo and etc…

Very good

The hotel is lovely in a good location and the service is really good. Stayed there for 2 nights booked three rooms and the hotel accommodated to our needs. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Would stay again only choice for this city.

Disappointing!

The reception did not speak a word of English. They advertised that the facility has spa but they said it is closed due to Covid which is understandable but they shouldn’t have advertised it, then. Also, the suite room was just two tiny adjacent rooms without a working AC. The breakfast was very weird: they didn’t have an open buffet but also they didn’t have a clear menu as we got very different breakfasts each day. A four-star hotel with no drinks other than tea or coffee for breakfast, no English speaking staff, and no AC.

My terrible stay at Tugcan Hotel in Turkey

It was a very bad. I never had such bad experience before. It was supposed to be a five star hotel. But In fact one star is so much for it. The receptionist was very poor and impolite in communication. The were speaking just Turkish. They do not speak english and, therefore it was extremely difficult to talk with them. My first night was terrible. There was no AC working and the room was hot and humid. When I Spock to the receptionist next day, she was very rode and said this is the situation and I can not do any thing for you. My situation only got sorted out by some how after I spoke with the manager. And eventually solved by offering me a suit where I discovered later on that the suit was very old with old furniture, old decoration and old bed. They supposed to provide us with complementary tea and coffee every day during our stay which never happened even after I told the room service and the reception about it. This was the third time of my stay in the hotel and supposed to get serviced better than this. My over all rating is zero out of 10.

The toiliteres were so nice .. the room was so clean and cosy .. i faced one problem thiugh. Although my booking eas with breakfast i was told that i have to pay for my breakfast as an extra service .. so i didnt have breakfast brcause i was in a hurry anyway

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is well located near the museum and parks. The service was good, rare to find an English speaker at the front desk. The spa was nice. The food and the views at the rooftop restaurant were superb.
