A seaside house with a Provençal style veranda in Sopot, on a quiet street next to a pine forest. Beautiful home Location: The pine forest 5 minutes a dirt road on a cliff and the beach in Pierwoszynie and Mechelinek (beach, pier, fishing boats, fish directly from the boat) 10 min. walk to Rewa (windsurfing, kite, sailing boats) - 7 min. Automobile. Comfortable, beautifully decorated house: Norwegian antiques, leather furniture, shutters facing the veranda, bathroom with bathtub in the middle and a bathroom. There are all necessary appliances: TV, radio, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher etc. Storey house, 175 sqm usable area, 5 rooms (4 bedrooms, living room, library), veranda, terrace, balcony, garage, garden, parking.
