Great location, super quiet interior. It was noisy outside but it was due to location and not the hotel. We loved how central it was to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our room was an adequate size, nicely presented and had a very comfortable bed. The only negatives were that the lighting wasn’t very bright (a common issue with many hotels) and the window was stained with bird poo — I forgot to mention this when we checked out. It really does need to be cleaned! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean hotel. Room was very comfy. Staff was super nice and helpful. Beautiful bar area with very reasonable prices. Only minus was the breakfast as there was not much variety of products and what was didn't seem the best quality.

The room was really nice and fresh. The hotel is perfectly located in central Gdańsk, right by the old town on Wyspa Spichrzów, with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception is a big plus. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety – there was something for everyone.

I honestly can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel – from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely professional. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and much larger than we expected, with an amazing view overlooking the main street. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was excellent, with a fantastic shower, and the hotel bar was another highlight. It stayed open until 2:00 a.m., served amazing cocktails, and the staff were outstanding – friendly, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend The Cloud One Gdańsk to anyone visiting the city. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 5 stars rather than 3. It exceeded all of my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Absolutely fantastic!
