Staff not trustworthy

The staff was not trustworthy. He promised to pickup the keys at the apartment half an hour before checkout but didn't show up. Text messaged him several times but no feedback. I had to keep the keys and mailed them back at the next destination.
Stayed 1 night in May 2017
