The Space:

The beautifully furnished 53 m² flat can accommodate 4 people. It has a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony. It will be an ideal choice for a family trip to the seaside and the experience will certainly be unforgettable. The flat's decor in bright colours, with elements of navy blue, wood and grey, creates a unique atmosphere. It has been designed with attention to every last detail, so that our guests feel as comfortable as possible. The large balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the harbour, will be a great place to relax with a cup of your favourite coffee. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, TV, coffee table and armchair. There is also a table and chairs so that our guests can enjoy meals together and have a good time. A coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and oven are available in the flat. The kitchenette is also equipped with other amenities and all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which will allow you to relax for a while after a busy day. The modern bathroom with shower cubicle is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. A set of fresh bed linen is of course provided for each guest. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage, included in the booking price. The flat is happy to accommodate your pets for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a unique area, right by the yacht marina. It is a modern housing estate at Rybickiego Street in Gdynia on the seafront. It will be an excellent place for a family holiday in a real seaside climate. From the balcony of the flat we can admire the view of the water, and the distance to the sandy beach is only 1.3 km. The beach in Gdynia has an ideal location, as it is close to the city centre and its main attractions. We can find many restaurants here, such as Sushi Seven & Thai Food (300 m), Searcle Gdynia (1.1 km), or La Tortuga (350 m). Our guests will have a wide choice of dishes, surely there will be something for everyone and they will be able to taste local specialities. There are also beautiful green areas in the area, such as the Council of Europe Park or the Maria and Lech Kaczyński Park. In the latter park there is a magnificent viewpoint. You can climb to the top by stairs or take a special cable car, which will be an unusual attraction during a stay by the sea. From the "Kamienna Góra" lookout point, you can admire the view of the sea, the bay and the stunning local infrastructure. In the park, you can stroll along beautifully landscaped alleys, see the amphitheatre and the Stone of the Defenders of the Coast. Right next to the flat, the famous ship-museum "Dar Pomorza" is moored, which is open to visitors. A few metres away is another ship, the ORP "Błyskawica", which took part in many battles of World War II. The location of the flat is, in a word, ideal, combining the proximity of the city infrastructure, restaurants and shops with all the charms of the sea. For those who want to relax, there is a beautiful beach, parks and an impressive view of the Baltic Sea.
