Construction next to flat

Great locations, however next to flat, few meters there is construction, bew flats building and week days you will be awake in the mornings, we had been located in ground floor just next to street, not secure, little balcony unused, as path next to it and people walking next to you...good if you only used flat for sleeping and shower as us.
