Shower floor in U3 is tiled with gloss ceramic (wall?) tiles and is VERY slippery!!! A shower mat on this floor is the the minimum suggested requirement Dr Ronald Grill 0148 823 339

Had a friendly welcome on arrival and was shown to my room. I was pleasantly surprised at the room ~ it was clean, fresh and modern. I was only an overnight stay so didn't enjoy the pool, but the family using it on arrival were having a wonderful time. The area was quiet and a good night's sleep was enjoyable.

This room was very neat, tidy, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & welcoming, easy access and facilities were great. Old tennis court area could do with some TLC as it's the first thing you see when you drive in. Otherwise, excellent and would stay here again.
