Upon arrival the office was closed yet it said opening hours from 9am,till 9pm. had to ring bell.at about 5.30pm.Upon entering the room we used the toilet and it had urine stains on bowl & brown stains on toilet seat. There was a cobweb hanging over the bed and window sill on toilet window was dirty. Had trouble getting heater going.wouldnt stay here again.
