The property was close to the beach, good restaurants and cafes. The inhouse restaurant was nice, good food. The room was hot- aircon wasn’t working probably and was noisy. The secure parking wasn’t that secure. Not underground or fenced off and expensive for $27 per day. Staff were okay. The rooms were dated and bed uncomfortable. I would think twice about staying there again - expensive.

The front desk lady was a fantastic operator. Very professional and helpful through check-in and checkout. The room was excellent with large screen TV, large desk, sofa and very comfortable bed. The room was clean, neat and supplied tea and coffees did the job. Also a Mini Bar was provided but I didn't use. I would stay there again, the hotel was within a 20 Minute walk from the Geelong Railway station.

everything was great! they let us check in earlier because the room was ready, the room itself was clean and spacious, the staff were lovely and accommodating. reception gave us free drinks due to a misunderstanding (my fault for not messaging and checking but it wasn't held against me), and the bar staff went above and beyond. Wonderful experience, definitely would stay again!

The hotel itself was excellent, clean and in a great spot. Sadly the mature lady on the reception desk was abrupt and non helpful. I would of put it down to her having a bad day but we were met with the same approach the next day. Our family booked several rooms and several of us had the same experience. Otherwise the staff were excellent.
