Getting Around:
Single car space available in the underground carpark which has a height requirement of no more than 1.9m. For taller vehicles, there is metered parking on street surrounding the complex, it is free of charge between 5pm - 9am.. The council offers free 2 hours during the day also . Public transport is a short walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
The location is on the waterfront but please note the apartment does not have waterfront views. The apartment has courtyard views.
NB: Potential for noise: there is a nearby construction project taking place on weekdays through to December 2026 located around the corner from the apartment complex. This will not affect parking or access to the apartment, but there may be some outside noise and dust from heavy machinery between 8am-5pm Monday to Fridays. The most noticeable impact may be if you plan to use the outdoor patio during these hours/days.
