This was the first time our family has booked a vrbo reservation and were VERY well treated and communication with the host was excellent. The house was just as described and included a handy selection of kitchen dishes, silverware, and utensils that helped us not ordering out too much. The rooms were VERY clean and each room included a remote to turn the main lights on and off. The bathrooms included a set of white thick towels. The one I pulled off the stack was as tall as me. There were a few tray tables on arms of the main couch and a couple of chairs to hold your book or drink while relaxing. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one downstairs (twin bunk beds and a full). We will be researching a possible reservation next summer as we visit the area to see family members. We were there with 6 of us including 3 children and one elderly lady (grandma!). We recommend this vrbo house for everyone especially if you have a big family.
