Situated just a short stroll from downtown shops, bars, restaurants, and lakefront parks, you'll have endless options for fun just minutes from your front door. Seneca Lake State Park and the State Park Marina offer easy water access just over three miles away. Tons of nearby vineyards and wineries give you plenty of opportunity to sample the local libations.

The home itself features a recently updated interior furnished for complete modern comfort. Between outings, everyone can gather on the large living room sectional to stream shows and movies on the smart TV, or you can challenge guests to some friendly competition over a few rounds of air hockey in the upstairs enclosed porch. Stainless steel appliances, woodblock countertops, a tile backsplash, and gleaming white cabinets are sure to inspire tasty home cooking in the full kitchen. Family-style feasts can be shared around the adjacent dining table.

The primary bedroom boasts a ground-floor location and private en suite features including an attached bathroom. All four guest rooms and a shared full bathroom are located upstairs.

Everyday home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
