Great short break in this lovely hotel
We had a great 4 nights at this friendly hotel. The location is perfect in the city centre. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel but the transport system is also amazing. The hotel was exceptionally clean & our room was serviced every day to the highest standard. My only disappointment was the room that we had up in the roof, not what I expected from the photos of a classic room on the website. As I said, it was very clean, just not what I thought it would be. The staff were always available and very helpful. I would stay here again if I returned to Geneva.

I will return. Room small (though my choice) and dark. Early check in was brilliant and welcomed. Great location (will explore more next time). Restaurant was fully booked for private dinner when I wanted to eat, but looked reasonable albeit with a slim menu, though plenty of options nearby. Quaint, old-world feel but friendly staff who are aware of some frustrations about the timely return of deposits.

The hotel is great itself but some surrounding areas feel very unsafe I certainly would t walk out with an expensive watch on in the area to the left of the hotel lots of young gangs
