It also has a brand new private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. House and Guest House comes with Three bedrooms with master beds, queen and single bed in open area, and one sleeper sofa. To bathrooms and one private outdoor shower. We have also added a 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with a full kitchen and comes with a commercial pizza oven. The islands close by can be reached on foot across the sand bank or by kayak. These include: a picture perfect postcard view, brand new 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with full outdoor kitchen with a real pizza oven, outdoor table seating for 8, a soft plush outdoor lounge seating, private outdoor shower with ocean views as a bonus secondary shower, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, microwave/speed cook unit, two large flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, indoor & outdoor stereo system via Bose Bluetooth. It also has a new addition with a large bathroom and two master bedroom. One of the rooms is a king size wall bed that is also used as a gym if need.

Indoor bathrooms comes with complementary soap and shampoos. You’ll be sure to feel the island vibes in each room, custom decorated for the ultimate vacation experience. As the saying on the quaint little island goes, “Nothing to do, but I never get it done”. From the moment you arrive you'll feel relaxed with 'nothing to do,’ but when you leave you'll wonder where all the time went.


You can use the kayaks to explore the coast or check out to the Sand Bar. We also have snorkel sets if you would like to snorkel the blue hole close by or the reef fish around the beach and dock..

Spread out and enjoy the open floor plan of the cottage with the only private beach, your private dock, and the huge deck to enjoy the stars. The dock includes two rope swing chairs and a hammock. The dock has the best seating on the island to enjoy the never-ending ocean and relax to the sounds of its peaceful waves.

This side of the island is very calm and therefore very safe for swimming and water sports. We do have snorkel gear sets for guest use. The normal wind direction is cross shore making the water very calm 99% of the time. Two Single Person Kayaks are included to help you explore the local area! Two Stand Up Paddle Boards are also available to explore. The Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your private use
