Not serene or tranquil for our vacation & host not very responsive. The view & sound of the ocean is amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled & are nice. The use of a car was nice. Don't plan to cook there, items are very limited. The hot tub has an electric current going through it that shocked us upon touching the water & this is a known problem never disclosed to us. We wouldn't have rented this place had we known the hot tub was dangerous. The hot water system broke & we didn't have hot water until the last night after 3 repairman visits. Communication with the host wasn't great. There is no way to lock the house because the separate key holder is corroded & unable to open, but the glass door lock knobs don't work either. One bedroom fan didn't work. There is not comfortable seating for 4 and to eat inside. Many of the seats outside the house are broken. Our weather wasn't great so sitting outside wasn't an option with rain and 30 mph winds & no hot tub. The internet doesn't have much signal, so don't rely on using it. I could barely text. You certainly couldn't watch something on the tv, phone or use internet. There is a cellular signal but it is weak too but better than the wifi. The bathtub stop doesn't work. After the host wouldn't respond to our request for a partial refund from all the broken items, we had to contact vrbo. Worst vacation rental experience we have ever had.
