Bad experience
Tried to contact property owner (24 hrs before arriving Penang on 20 Jan) via email, Whatsapp and message. Tried on 19 Jan, 20 Jan late morning, no response. When reached Straits Garden Suite at 2 pm on 22 Jan, tried to call and Whatsapp, no reply. There was no instructions on how to collect keys to the unit. Finally the owner replied at 3.30 pm. This was a very bad experience.

Disappointed all the way
Agent for the apartment did no contact me, so when i arrived at the property, I was unable to check in. Asked for help but no one at theproperty can assist. Called the local number provided by hotels.com many times, but no answer. Totally dissapointing. Had to arrange last minute hotel elsewhere.
