Tar Bay's Hidden Treasure! "The place to be"

Villa Marjorie is located on Tar Bay at Silver Beach, George Town, Exuma, Bahamas. It has been completely remodeled and updated with brand new sliding doors that were installed in February 2020. She is a two bedroom and two bathroom beach house with central air conditioning, modern kitchen with new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and granite counter tops, garbage disposal and fresh water filter. The living room and dining area is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen LG TV.

Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV and is nicely appointed with dark wood furniture and enjoys incredible views of the sparkling turquoise waters. All rooms lead to the beach by way of their own 8ft. sliding glass doors that open onto a 10ft. by 37ft. covered balcony that is literally a few steps to the water. Villa Marjorie is an 8 minute drive East from George Town International Airport and 12 minutes West of downtown George Town, Exuma

Wow! What a wonderful home, directly on the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our 8th anniversary with a few surprises from Jena. This property is amazing! It’s a super cute 2 bedroom house right on one of the prettiest beaches. The beautiful back porch runs the entire length of the house and has 4 lounge chairs with comfy cushions and a table with 4 chairs. The house is well maintained with cute decor. Beautiful beach

House was in a great location with beautiful beach view. Steps away from water. Although there were neighboring houses, still felt very private as rarely saw anyone out. The house was very comfortable with central air. There were a few close by snorkeling reefs in either direction that had lots of interesting fish. Loved the house and island and would definitely return.
