I booked and paid for a room with a balcony. After checked in and entered the room I realized the balcony was inside the building overlooking the restaurant! And I could hear all the chatter downstairs in the restaurant and the music inside my room. I left the freezing Toronto and wanted to enjoy the heat and not be locked up in a room for 3 days. I immediately went down and demanded a refund and was told there is nothing they could do!!

Room was very good...the location was a bit noisy at night due to some loud music from a few cars driving on the main road. Ill bring.earplugs next time. Staff was great...Mention to Sandy in the restaurant and Romel the driver who was chatty and very friendly when he gave us a ride from the hotel to Palm Court. The guy who worked.behind the outside bar...sorry..forgot his name..he was excellent too..Ill remember him when we come again to visit Guyana.

Clean room..a bit noisy sometimes from busy traffic playing loud music..not the hotel's fault. The employees are great! Everyone checked frequently to see if we were ok and needed anything..restaurant staff..bar staff..front desk staff..We recommend and will stay there again whenever we visit Guyana.
