The staff at this resort is amazing, they go over and above to help make your stay as good as possible. We ate dinner at the restaurant on Sunday and loved the food. The beach is small but very nice, and we loved swimming in the lake. The wood burning sauna was a really nice treat too. We brought our dog with us, and noticed that the floor was a bit dusty when we put his food and water dishes down, and on our last night the smoke alarm went off at 4:30am in our room - not because of smoke, but some kind of malfunction, but other than that we loved it and would absolutely go back again.

It was quite dated and shabby. It would have been suitable if it wasn’t advertised as an “inn and spa” which makes it sound a little more up-market. Too expensive for what we got.

All staff helped us with our bags and were very friendly. Outside sliding door, lawn chair and curtains were broken and room was only replenished once in 4 days. We were overcharged on Expedia which made our stay much more expensive. Restaurant was good but very pricey ($30 salad). Grounds were lovely but need some attention ( deck badly needs to be painted, railing was wobbly). There should be two chairs at each room to sit outside. Lake view and location was spectacular and the resort was very peaceful. Overall, we were enjoyed our visit. Thank you

The pool area has mold, cobwebs, dehumidifiers caked with mold, pool floor needs cleaning, ceilings are moisture damaged and walls are peeling due to humidity/water damage. Rooms were gorgeous, very clean and the view was beautiful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Especially Shay Lynn who helped us during check in. Bright, bubbly and makes you feel welcome. Coffee, toiletries and tea were restocked each day.
