The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this 60 m² apartment in the center of Gérardmer which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a mountain view (visible from the main room), and the ski resort is accessible via the free shuttle bus located 100 steps from the apartment. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows

- Entrance hallway with coat hooks available to guests
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine...

Mezzanine (a sleeping area accessible via a staircase) with TV
- Open-plan bedroom with double bed (140x190) and entrance to a second room with two double beds (90x190).

The apartment is ideally located in the center of Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Outside :
- A shared garden: picnics & lunch on grass possible in fine weather!

Activities :
In winter, the La Mauselaine ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities! Enjoy a unique night-skiing experience on sound-supported slopes, or go snowboarding or tobogganing for young and old! In December, visit the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade, and in January, we look forward to welcoming you to the Fantastic Film Festival! A free, easy-to-access shuttle bus, exactly 100 steps from our home, runs from Rue Lucienne to the Aldi parking lot. It takes you to the foot of the Mauselaine slopes in 10 minutes. Access to La Bresse in 15 minutes by car.
Various activities: Swimming pool, bowling alley, skating rink, pedal boat, playground, carousel, stroll around the lake, Museum, stores, restaurants... around 500 meters from the house.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in Gérardmer's free public parking lot, parking du Tilleul, 150 m away, or near the lake.
